The new Chicane RX tires have endured grueling race challenges over the last couple months. The most recent, and perhaps the roughest, happened at the SCORE International San Felipe 250 race. Covering a demanding and technical 249.5-mile course through the northeast of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula, the San Felipe 250 is round 1 of the four-race 2016 SCORE World Desert Championship.

The winner of the Pro UTV class in this year’s race? David Nance and Ken Pfeiffer of Team Rustfish Racing, and they ran STI Chicane RX tires on HD5 Beadlock wheels on their non-turbo Polaris RZR. That’s the first victory for a Chicane-equipped UTV, and STI is proud to be a part of this race team’s excellent efforts. The team chose 32-inch Chicane tires mounted on 15-inch HD5 Beadlocks, and that combination helped Team Rustfish Racing smooth out the course for the win.

Congratulations to drivers Nance and Pfeiffer, and to the entire Team Rustfish Racing crew for their winning ways! Thanks for choosing Chicane RX and HD5 from STI Tire & Wheel. Check out the Team Rustfish photo gallery from the race.
